Methodology & follow-up


The modular training course pursues a subject-oriented understanding of learning. The course integrates individual motivations with action- and participant-oriented learning settings. The settings are methodologically flexible and team-oriented. The inclusion of different professions and perspectives is fundamental. The aim is to embed the professional biographies of the participants as resources in order to benefit from mutual expertise.

Each of the six modules combines the participant experimentation and experience with practice-oriented theory to provide basic instruments. The aspect of diversity provides an overarching theme in all six modules and will be dealt with from theoretical and practice based perspective. One of the desired objectives of the course to have an impact team processes and initiate personal development.

The qualification itself is structured like a project in three phases: 1. Arrival and research; 2. Experimental work and artistic transfer; 3. Presentation and documentation; The qualification incorporates the key points of a good project and represents them in its structure. The participants can also experience and analyse the stages of the project on a meta-level and take their personal findings back to their own institutes.
